To start our cooperation, we would need to onboard your client as a Payer on the Finverity platform. After they are set up and ready to offer our services to yourself and other suppliers, you will be invited to register.
The registration is done online on our website and takes less than 10 minutes, typically. Our team is available to support you through the process. Once the registration is done, you will gain access to funding for invoices in a few clicks from your Finverity Dashboard!
Traning and Support
We understand change can be difficult, so we spent a lot of time and energy to create a straightforward process for you to start accessing the capital you need. Our team will also be helping you through the transition by holding webinars and answering any queries to make sure you are comfortable with the changes and new processes.
Once onboarded, you will be able to access support resources via our Help Desk that include demo videos, manuals and FAQs and a direct chat.
Our solution is built with the end-user in mind. As a Seller, you can opt to automatically sell all of the invoices from a particular Payer on the platform and receive early payment for those. Alternatively, you have the option to pick and choose which invoices you would like to sell with a few clicks.
In either case, our solution is designed so that you get precisely the funding that you need with minimal effort.
Once your invoices are sold, the platform automatically and immediately instructs our payment partner to transfer the funds to the account you have provided during registration. Allow the funds 1 -5 working days to reach your account depending on whether the transfer is local or international.
If you have any queries from your bank on incoming payments, you will be able to obtain the information required as proof from your dashboard, and we are here to help if you need us.
Your dashboard is a tool to track and manage your invoices. All of the invoices on the Finverity platform are assigned a status allowing you to follow their lifecycle in real-time from issuance to payment. You can also use the system to issue invoices to your Payer and upload the ones that are not being funded to have a complete view of your receivables across customers.
